Amber Holmes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has years of direct and indirect experience working with children, adults, and families in the public health, outpatient, and nonprofit settings. She attended the University of Alabama earning her Master of Social Work degree and completed a coaching program through the Institute for Life Coach Training.
Amber’s clinical interests are stress, anxiety, and life transitions. She strives to educate individuals about the importance of self-awareness, healthy coping skills, and its direct impact on their wellbeing. Amber utilizes a combination of trauma-informed, solution-focused, and CBT approaches as she empowers both children and adults to overcome life’s roadblocks.
