Cecily Crow is an ICF certified coach and facilitator with a passion for empowering clients to reach their professional and personal potential and live with clarity and purpose. She uses mindfulness, somatic awareness, and positive psychology to help clients navigate change, manage stress and anxiety, and develop resiliency through balance and self-compassion.
Cecily has worked with a broad range of clients from creatives and entrepreneurs to employees and leaders of enterprise companies in multiple sectors. She specializes in helping high-achievers and perfectionists increase their emotional intelligence, connect to their intuition, communicate effectively, and find fulfillment at home and at work.
In addition to her training as a Mindfulness, Wellness and Somatic Coach, Cecily has training in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Non-Violent Communication, as well as Positive Neuroplasticity and the Neuroscience of Resilience. Her style of coaching is compassionate, collaborative, and encouraging. She holds up a mirror for her clients to see their own potential and helps them move beyond any blocks that are limiting their growth.
