Kimberly Grocher is a psychotherapist, executive coach, and certified yoga teacher who is dedicated to helping her clients achieve mental, physical and spiritual wellness while accomplishing their professional and business goals, by any means necessary. Kimberly uses her social work background as a foundation for her coach training and experience to provide a coaching process where her clients feel understood, empowered, and ready to take action to create lasting change in their lives.
Kimberly also has extensive experience as a trainer and educator and holds academic appointments at Columbia University School of Social Work, Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service and Weill Cornell Medical College. She has presented on topics around health & wellness, media & technology in clinical practice, and non-profit management in corporations in addition to national and international conferences.
She completed her MSW at Howard University in Washington DC, MA in Media Studies & Media Management at The New School, post-graduate training in Psychodynamic Couple Therapy at the Training Institute for Mental Health in NYC and received coach training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Kimberly is currently a PhD candidate at Fordham University.
