Lisa Gilinsky is a certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant, holistic health coach and certified yoga instructor in private practice. Lisa has worked with adults and children who suffer from anxiety, depression, inflammation and chronic autoimmune disease as well as those who simply want to learn more about the relationship between stress, food, lifestyle and their wellbeing. Lisa’s practice focuses on using food, breath work and movement to help clients heal and make sustainable changes in their lives.
