Coaches

Nadine Whint is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. As a Social Worker, Nadine has experience working in various settings: community- based, outpatient mental health clinic, and schools. Her interest in Health Coaching developed from her recognition of the transformative nature of foods in healing her body. Nadine strongly believes that wellness is three-fold: the intersection of the mind, body, and soul. As a Health Coach, she believes that her clients are the experts, and her role is to guide them in making food and lifestyle changes to feel their best. With her strong Social Work background, Nadine takes a unique approach to coaching by integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help clients set clear intentions and unpack any barriers to their wellness goals. Nadine is also trained in Restorative Circles and has facilitated women’s groups and workshops on wellness topics. Nadine earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Fordham University, a Health Coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University Maryland.
